Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the placement of your order.  Shipping to the U.S.:  All domestic packages will ship via USPS Priority Mail.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages that require pick-up at the post office.  Any order that is returned to us due to Customer's failure to pick-up from the post office or incorrect/incomplete address input by the Customer will be refunded less shipping and handling. 

Shipping Internationally:

International Customers have an option of First-Class International Post or Global Express Guaranteed Mail.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on First-Class International Mail.  If you'd like to insure your shipment against theft or loss, select the Global Guaranteed method of delivery.  We are not responsible for Customs Fees.  Any order that is returned to us due to failure of the Customer to pay fees or pick-up from Customs will be refunded less shipping and handling. 

Returns Policy:

We will return or exchange any new DVD - provided it is still in its original shrink-wrap - within 60 days of purchase.  A receipt and/or order number is required with all returns and exchanges.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment and will be for the full amount of purchase price less shipping and handling.  Opened DVD's that are damaged or defective can be exchanged for the same title only.  We do not give refunds on opened DVDs.
